Unplanned fire alarm at Bernabi

At approximately 2:30 this afternoon, a student pulled a fire alarm located in our gymnasium, which resulted in an evacuation procedure. It happened to be during our flag day/field day activities, which meant that there were approximately 500 parents in/around the building at the time of the alarm, all of whom quickly moved out and away from the building. Once the fire department cleared the building, we ended the procedure and re-entered/re-engaged in our activities. Given the 10-15 minute timeframe of this incident, I am grateful that our parents were as positive and supportive as I would have expected.
