Kindergarten Registration and Orientation is Coming!

Greetings to the Bernabi learning community and an important note for those with incoming kindergarteners! Earlier this week, you should have received a registration packet with important paperwork for you to complete and bring with you on Wednesday night, March 4 for kindergarten registration and orientation! Here is how this important night will look: beginning at 6:30 pm, our team will be set up in the front hallway to support the official registration process, where we will accept your paperwork and make copies of your child’s birth certificates so that you can leave with the original. Next, you will need your personal calendar to sign up for a one-hour kindergarten screening date on either May 6 or May 7. From there, you will have the opportunity to visit our kindergarten classrooms to get a feel for the warm and inviting learning environment your child will be immersed in come fall! Finally, the kindergarten teachers and I will offer a brief presentation beginning at 7:00 pm in the Bernabi cafeteria, followed by a question/answer period, all of which should end no later than 7:30 pm.
If you would like to complete the registration portion before the evening meeting, are unable to attend, or have previously attended for older siblings, we are also offering additional times for registration as follows: Monday, March 2 through Wednesday, March 4 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you are not planning to send your child to Bernabi in September, please notify our office at 349-5401.
Last but not least: If you have a child at home who was born between December 2nd, 2014 and December 1st, 2015, but you did not receive this packet, please call us right away at 349-5401 and mark your calendar for March 4!
